You may have heard the musical term a “fat blues” This little tune is an example of a fat blues. Instead of simple changes in the 12 Bar I IV V format, I have added a lot of “fatter” changes that really enhances the blues into a Jazz Blues format. So much of what I play comes down to simply personal tastes of what I love to hear. The tune here is perfect example of that. As one plays simple blues for a period of time a “what can I do to enhance this piece” enters the mind. The answer to the question is almost infinite but ultimately comes down to what you want to hear.

This tune is a continuous work in progress. We will start at the beginning and continue to layer enhancements until you are happy with the end result.
