Many of us had fun as kids or teens learning the little Heart and Soul vamp. Maybe one of your friends also learned the “top” version of the song and you played the duet together with them. That little vamp was one of first songs many of us ever played. It may also have been the last thing you learned on the piano until now. So forward we go from that musical point experienced so long ago.

This tune uses the chord progression mentioned above but applies a more modern approach. We will re-learn the chords and then you will create music based on those chords.
